I have seen the original Omen and as of 6.6.06 I have seen the “remake”. This was pretty damn close to the original. It is a remake in the way the Psycho had a remake. It almost went frame for frame. I thought it did the original movie justice. The acting was good, Damian was erie, the art direction was very stylish and entertaining. Because of the type of movie it is the suspense with little actually happening may be a little long and drawn out for alot of people. I would recommend this movie to anyone that enjoyed the original… or those that never saw the original but want to see one of the movies that started the genre.
