Science of Sleep is not a movie for everyone. You follow the thoughts and life of an insane aspiring artist in his 20 somethings. I say he is insane because he can’t distinguish between reality and his daydreams. The film looks like an indie concept that was given a serious chance. As with any indie film a “love” story thrown into the mix for some great scenes. I found the writing and direction to be rather enjoyable. I didn’t know what the hell was going to happen next and that kept me watching. If you enjoy films that are just slightly off center and are interested in watching scenes taking place inside a characters and wrapped in cardboard, then this is your film.
